Today we would like to share the story of Mykola Dolin, Site Administrator at 666 Ontario St.:
My experience working as a Site Administrator at 666 Ontario St. has been an incredibly enriching and memorable experience. I am originally from Ukraine; this is my first “proper” job in Canada. When I arrived in Toronto in March 2023, finding the right place where I could continually grow using my skills and full potential was challenging, despite having valuable international experience in property management and customer service (including 10 years in Dubai for a leading developer).
My initial impression of Greenwin was extremely positive. I first encountered the HR team in April 2023 at the UJA Genesis’ first Newcomer Job Fair. Although I was hired by another company, I crossed paths with Greenwin once again during an interesting webinar entitled ‘Enhancing Customer Service for Exceptional Resident Experiences’. Listening to Liya Abbasova, Director, Residential Operations, made me think, "Wow! This is the kind of company I want to work for, and these are the leaders I want to learn from."
Eventually, fate led me back to Greenwin. A colleague of mine who was hired by Greenwin recommended that I re-apply. The HR Team, especially Emylou, was extremely attentive and supportive throughout the process. From the initial interview to my first days at work, the Management Team — Murray Osterer, Jay Cohen, and Samer Taleb — instilled confidence in me, and gave me a strong sense that I had come to the right place.
With the support and supervision of David Mohammed, Manager of Residential Operations, we successfully reorganized and made significant improvements to the site's operation and customer service. We have an excellent Management and Leasing Team, and we've managed to forge strong relationships with the residents.
Overall, I take deep pride in being part of such an ambitious team. I appreciate that Greenwin strikes the right balance between encouraging initiative and providing enough freedom at work, while maintaining high standards. I am enthusiastic about staying here and contributing as much as possible to the company.
