As President & CEO of Greenwin Corp., Kevin leads a dedicated team of nearly 500 development, construction and property management professionals, all with a shared vision of creating exceptional, inclusive residential and commercial communities – one building at a time.
Kevin is responsible for driving Greenwin’s growth strategy, development, revitalization and ESG initiatives, always ensuring that our corporate purpose – of building and managing communities for all people – is embedded in every layer of our organization.
A firm believer in the power of public-private partnerships, Kevin works with several social reform organizations and in close partnership with Toronto Police 31 Division to combine property management and crime prevention through social programming with the intention of improving the quality of life in underserved communities throughout the City.
As International Chair of the Board for the Israel Tennis Centers Foundation Canada, Kevin – alongside the Green family – has been instrumental in the growth and development of the organization. Since 1976, his passion for sports as a vehicle for coexistence between Israel’s Jewish and Arab populations has influenced the lives of thousands of at-risk youth in the Middle East.
He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete and received his Bachelor of Science.

Since 1980, Cary has been responsible for all of Greenwin's political relationships related to the development process.
He has been instrumental in the development of over 10,000 purpose-built rental apartment suites, including 2,000 affordable, non-profit and Toronto Community Housing units, and upwards of 1,000 condominium and freehold residential units. Cary has also developed projects in Florida, Montreal, Ottawa and Moncton, N.B.
Cary has been active on the boards of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Canada Israel Committee, the Canadian Friends of Rambam Hospital, the Association for the Soldiers of Israel and the Israel Children's Centers. He served for 12 years as an advisor with Toronto's Southern Ontario Region of Salvation Army. He also dedicated four years to the Realizing the Dream Foundation working directly with Martin Luther King III.
Cary is the Co-founder and VP of the Harold Green Jewish Theatre, Founder of the Canadian Friends of the Interdisciplinary Centre in Herzliya, and recipient of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for his early membership with the Canadian Coalition against Terrorism.
He has been an advisor to both Kehilla and B'nai Brith for their affordable housing, as well as a long-standing member of Toronto's Urban Development Round Table on Housing. He has taken numerous politicians, Union leaders and business people on trips to Israel, building shared values and support with them.

Eric has been instrumental in the redevelopment and enhancement of many of Toronto's leading hospitals, including Mount Sinai, Princess Margaret, Scarborough, Wellesley and North York General. He has also played a role in Greenwin's office, industrial, infill housing, condo, high-rise, and small suburban housing projects.
Today, he works with Greenwin's charitable partner organizations. He is also a frontline volunteer at Victim Services Toronto, where he works with police and private citizens in serious distress and criminal situations.
Mike Annable
Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Information Technology
Mike is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Information Technology at Greenwin Corp. In this highly elemental role, Mike drives successful organizational performance through strategic human resources, IT initiatives, and leadership.
As an alum of the Ivey Executive Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the Rotman School of Management, Mike is uniquely positioned to engage employees across all levels of the organization, enhancing corporate culture and streamlining administrative processes.
Having spent over three decades perfecting his craft as a technical professional, Mike has been a key component in building the foundation for the growth and success of various organizations. His experience spans human resources, operations, IT, corporate governance, employee and labour relations, health and safety, risk management, and government relations at the local, provincial, and federal levels.
Mike is a committed community member, currently serving as a board member and member of the Human Resources Committee of the Yves Landry Foundation. Established in 1988 by leaders in Canada's manufacturing and business sectors, it aims to advance technological education and skills training in the face of Canada's skilled labour and technical professional shortages.
Mike lives in Guelph, ON, with his wife and three children.

Ron is the Chief Financial Officer at Greenwin Corp. In this role, he is responsible for skillfully managing all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin's residential and commercial portfolios, as well as budgets, processes and controls.
Ron’s work sees him leading all financial strategies with a focus on enabling Greenwin’s industry-leading investment in development and property management. Thanks to previous posts he has held at both public and private organizations, including the position of SVP Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Shiplake Properties, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and Cabletel Communications Corp, Ron has an extensive and well-rounded background that helps him to push forward Greenwin’s community-building goals. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational efficiencies, financial management, and reporting, enabling him to successfully manage Greenwin’s $3.3 billion in real estate assets.
Ron has also served extensively in the non-profit sector. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, one of Canada's largest charitable organizations. There, he oversaw all financial entities, such as the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Foundation, and the Capital Campaign. He also oversaw the association's construction/property management arm, which was responsible for approximately $250M of construction in the GTA.
Ron holds a BA in Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
Ron lives in Toronto with his wife. They have two adult children and are proud grandparents.

Since 2012, Patrick has been responsible for managing Greenwin's blended housing portfolio, which includes multi-residential, commercial, non-profit, and affordable housing.
After graduating from the University of Toronto in 1982, Patrick began his career in the Property Accounting field where he soon earned his CPA CMA designation. He transitioned to operations in 1988 when he originally joined Greenwin and has spent the last 30 years gaining multifaceted experience.
Today, as Greenwin’s Chief Operating Officer, Patrick works closely with the Ownership Group on the company's overall corporate strategy while maintaining oversight of Greenwin's residential and commercial operations. His expertise contributes to Greenwin’s growth while exceeding the expectations of clients, partners and residents by making responsible, transparent and data-driven business decisions.

Adriana joined Greenwin in August 2022 as Senior Vice President, Operations. Beginning her career in 2001, Adriana most recently served as the Vice President of the Property Operations Department within Starlight Investments’ Canadian Multifamily Division of over 60,000 rental suites. Prior to that, she held the position of Regional Vice President, Central Canada, at Northview Apartment REIT (TSX:NVU.UN), where she was responsible for the operations of over 10,000 residential suites. Additional posts include Chief Operating Officer (Emma Capital Investments Inc.), Senior Vice President, Residential Operations (Greenwin) and Associate Vice President, Operations (CAPREIT).
Having held roles in nearly all aspects of the multifamily ecosystem, Adriana is exceptionally positioned to continue fulfilling – and exceeding – Greenwin’s obligations as one of Canada’s leading privately owned third-party property management firms. An innovative and tenacious leader, Adriana provides strategic direction for our dynamic portfolio and is committed to continue ensuring the highest level of integrity in all phases of our operations – from value appreciation for our partners to enhancement of the resident experience.
Adriana is an active member of the multifamily industry and served on the Board of Directors for the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario until 2019, prior to embarking on a journey within the US market. In 2019, she also completed her tenure as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater Toronto Apartment Association.
Jess Faigal

Jess is the Vice President, Finance at Greenwin Corp., overseeing the Finance Team in providing services in the areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, revenue administration, and accounts payable.
Jess leads his team with a focus on providing value-added financial information and services to enhance the assets of Greenwin's clients, building on our commitment to make responsible, transparent, data-driven business decisions.
Jess comes to Greenwin with a wealth of experience in property management and real estate development, having held senior positions in both private and public companies. Along with receiving an Accounting Diploma from Seneca College and a Master of Business Administration graduate degree from Laurentian University, Jess is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Outside of career, Jess is an advocate for giving back to the community through volunteerism, truly embodying the people-first ethos of Greenwin. He’s a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11098, a charitable organization that raises funds to support local charities in the Durham Region. Jess also served for 14 years as Treasurer of the Ajax-Pickering Dolphins Minor Football Association and Pickering Panthers Minor Hockey.
Jess lives in Pickering with his wife, Jocelyn, and is the proud father of two children, Andrew and Noah.
Robert Weiman
Vice President, Quality Assurance & Compliance
Robert is responsible for driving, establishing and sustaining quality assurance throughout our portfolio of residential and commercial properties while delivering value to clients by maximizing revenue and reducing operating costs.
With many years of experience in procurement, operations and business development with landlords, REITs, banks and insurance companies, Robert has worked as COO for Tristar Group, where he specialized in managing government contracts in property service and tender fulfillment; Founder and President of Intraurban Services Corp., which provides integrated construction and property services to the multi-residential marketplace; and Founder of SuiteReturns Inc., which specializes in the conversion and repositioning of rental space and the reclaiming of underutilized spaces.
Robert received an Honours Degree in economics and psychology from York University, and continued courses in energy management from the Masters of Environmental Studies program at York University.
Robert has served on various non-profit boards over the years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Aaron's Apple, which provides direct funds for medication and patient amenities for chronically ill children.
Murray Osterer
Associate Vice President, Operations
Murray is the Associate Vice President, Operations at Greenwin Corp. In this far-reaching role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's extensive portfolio of properties and development projects across Ontario and eastern Canada. It is his mission to ensure Greenwin creates exceptional, inclusive rental communities - one building at a time.
Working with a dynamic team of Property Managers, third-party Property Administrators, and internal teams, Murray strategically develops, implements, and maintains effective operating procedures in accordance with industry best practices. Murray consistently finds new ways to innovate to create shared value for all.
Since entering the property management industry in 1998, Murray's expertise and leadership has earned him the respect of peers and clients alike. Prior to joining Greenwin, he held several leadership roles within the property management industry and has since served in several positions within Greenwin.
Murray is a proud alumnus of Concordia University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. It was during his time at university that he developed his passion for athletics, where he played on the university's varsity football team.
Murray lives in Ottawa with his wife. They have three children.
Andrea Kraus
Director, Commercial Real Estate
In her role as, Director, Commercial Real Estate, Andrea oversees the leasing and management of Greenwin’s commercial assets.
Andrea’s areas of expertise include office leasing and investment sales. Having worked in the industry for more than three decades, she has a wealth of experience working with both national and boutique commercial and real estate firms.
Outside of work, Andrea has a passion for athletics including tennis, road biking and mountain biking. She also enjoys spending time with her puppy, travelling and giving back to her community through her work with local charities.
Carmen Florea
Director, Residential Operations
In her role as the Regional Director for the GTA, Carmen manages a high-volume diverse portfolio, providing direction and leadership to a team of property managers. Beginning her career in property management in 2001, Carmen has developed an impressive knack for taking a strategic approach to translating client needs into comprehensive solutions.
Outside of work, Carmen has led a number of fundraising initiatives for the Red Cross to support people displaced by wildfires and catastrophic natural disasters. Carmen is also an ongoing supporter of the Children’s Breakfast Club, a charity that provides hot meals to children, and the Daily Bread Food Bank. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and travelling.
Derek Brovold
Director, Residential Operations
Derek oversees the intricate day-to-day operations and asset management of Greenwin's full non-profit and affordable housing portfolio, consisting of over 2,000 units. He received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo before starting his career in property management.
Since joining Greenwin as a Senior Property Manager in 2013, Derek has excelled at managing a core group of assets; establishing a solid track record with staff, clients and Board Members. In 2017, he was honoured by the B'nai Brith Affordable Housing Board for his outstanding service.
Indira Escobar
Director, Operations, New Developments
In her role as Director of Operations, New Developments, Indira leads all areas of operations for Greenwin's third-party clients with newly developed high-end suites.
Prior to working at Greenwin, Indira worked at GWLRA Residential as a Senior Property Manager where she oversaw various community developments throughout the GTA. She has gained further experience in her career while holding various positions at Concert Realty Services, CAPREIT, and Metcap Living/Epic Investment Services.

In the role of Director, Acquisitions & Development, Jason provides leadership to Greenwin's acquisitions and development team, providing strategic direction as Greenwin expands its portfolio of mixed-use, commercial and residential properties across Ontario and Quebec.
Since joining Greenwin in 2013, Jason has been instrumental in the sourcing and execution of several significant property acquisitions. Taking a results-oriented, hands-on approach, he is deeply involved in the municipal approval and design & development process. Over the past decade, Jason has helped develop several important partnerships for Greenwin with leading National REITS and private developers.
In addition to holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialty in Finance from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Jason also completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario where he received a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honors Specialization in Organizational Studies, Policy, and Ethics.
Outside of work, Jason is an active member of the Brampton Board of Trade (BBOT) and currently sits on its Planning and Government Relations Committee.
Jason lives in Toronto with his wife and two dogs.

As Director of Operations, Jay oversees the operational practices and procedures of Greenwin's extensive residential portfolio of third-party clients across the GTA. Having graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Jay brings over three decades of experience to the role ranging in contracting, construction and property management.
At Greenwin, Jay has built a strong reputation for success based on his keen eye for detail and ability to consistently maintain client satisfaction. Working closely with Property Managers and internal teams, he is able to facilitate seamless implementation of operational best practices and policies across his portfolio.
As a passionate sports fan, you will find Jay supporting his Toronto teams and taking in concerts whenever he can.
Jenn Green
Director, Affordable Housing & Corporate Social Responsibility
In her role as Director, Affordable Housing and Corporate Social Responsibility, Jenn supports the strategic development and direction of Greenwin's affordable housing initiatives and spearheads the company's corporate social responsibility projects. Working with the community and stakeholders, she facilitates a deeper understanding of the intricacies of affordable housing, from inception through to construction and management.
Since joining Greenwin in 2015, Jenn has stood at the forefront of maintaining Greenwin's status as a leader in both corporate social responsibility and customer service. Jenn facilitates the rollout of digital innovation, process improvements and enhancement of the resident experience, ensuring that staff are well versed on all of Greenwin's latest initiatives. Through her work with Greenwin Cares, Jenn supports a broad range of community revitalization projects. She lives by the principle that it's our duty to leave a place better than we found it, guiding her team to always act with that principle in mind.
Jenn's passion for making the world a better place extends beyond her work at Greenwin. She is actively involved in Holocaust education initiatives with the March of the Living and its fundraising activities, and is a speaker with Carrying Testimony. She also serves as a committee member for the Nanny Angel Network, an organization dedicated to supporting families with mothers undergoing cancer treatment. Jenn holds an Honors degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Jessica Green

Since 2006, Jessica has driven the communications and marketing mandates of Greenwin Corp. Year over year, she has enhanced brand recognition through award-winning marketing and communications campaigns that drive traffic to apartment buildings and solidify Greenwin's visibility in the housing marketplace.
As Director of Communications, Jessica oversees all strategic partnership programs for $3.3+ billion in real estate assets (including purpose-built, affordable and non-profit housing). In 2019, Jessica created Suite Stuff, a retention platform within Greenwin that includes Suite Deals (resident perks and additional revenue streams), Suite Events (online tenant events) and Suite Love (a survey-based resident relations initiative).
Her team focuses on the execution of public relations campaigns, marketing activations and community partnerships that fiercely protect and promote Greenwin's business and brand. Jessica is particularly passionate about creative direction, reputation management, talent development and the implementation of "one-of-a-kind" appreciation initiatives for our 75,000+ residents.
Career highlights include WXN's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada; the Prime Minister's Volunteer Award; the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal; the Property Management Advertisement Award – Social Media; the Property Management Advertisement Award – Corporate Branding, and the Community Service Award of Excellence -- the latter three from The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario.
In response to a COVID-related increase in homelessness and domestic violence throughout the GTA, Jessica co-founded #one2give, which partners with local shelters to crowdsource essential items for individuals in critical need. Jessica spends her spare time flipping homes in Toronto and the GTA with her husband (and two kids in tow).
Lily Wong
Director, Greenwin Cares
As Director of Greenwin Cares, Lily manages the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's charitable and community development arm.
With over 23 years' experience in the property management and development industry, Lily has gained a reputation for her keen understanding of the needs of communities and her ability to implement charitable initiatives to meet these unique needs. She takes a hands-on approach to improving the quality of life for Greenwin tenants in some of Toronto's highest priority neighbourhoods, and has played an instrumental role in multiple successful revitalization and turnaround efforts.
Lily has held a diverse array of positions across the industry, she is able to use her expertise in the areas of operations, finance and strategic planning to expand the scope of Greenwin Cares and the number of communities it is able to serve. Today, GreenwinCares operates and supports a range of social programs throughout the GTA, and has raised over $6 million for charitable initiatives.
Lily holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University. She is also dedicated to maintaining continuing education, which includes certificates in e-business, telecommunications, business management and human resources.
Lily's commitment to community revitalization extends far beyond her professional capacity. She is a member of Eva's Initiatives for Homeless Youth and is the Treasurer for her local chapter of the Girl Guides of Canada
Nicole Kirby
Director, Development
As Director of Development, Nicole is responsible for all phases of the development process. This includes the leadership of internal staff, the assembly and oversight of project teams for designated developments, and strategically positioning the department for imminent growth.
Nicole began her career at Greenwin over a decade ago, holding various roles within the Development division over the past 6 years. Prior to joining Greenwin, Nicole held positions at Bentall Kennedy and Colliers International.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Technology from Ryerson University. She is also dedicated to maintaining continuing education, which includes certificates in construction project management and urban land economics.
Outside of her career, Nicole enjoys spending time playing soccer and boxing. Her passion for athletics extends into her charitable work, where she volunteers with local soccer and hockey associations.
Nikki Guzzo
Director, Leasing
As Director, Leasing, Nikki oversees the leasing function for more than 24,000 units within Greenwin’s growing property management portfolio, ensuring that her team provides prospective residents with a professional and unforgettable leasing experience.
Nikki understands the importance of consistently exceeding resident expectations, and she has spearheaded several high-profile projects since joining the team. Chief among them is the Greenwin Customer Experience Platform, a training program that serves to review the entire lifecycle of Greenwin residents – from their first rental inquiry to their move-in experience, through their entire tenancy and move-out. This platform ensures that Greenwin is able to make changes in real-time to consistently go above and beyond the expectations of residents.
Nikki’s dynamic role also finds her overseeing property performance, ensuring leasing targets are achieved while staying within set budgets. She also works closely with the communications and Greenwin Cares teams to create retention initiatives for residents.
Prior to joining Greenwin, Nikki worked in an administrative role at a scientific-based company. She is also a proud alum of the University of Guelph, where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Gerontology.
Nikki enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work, playing recreational volleyball and riding a Peloton bike.
Nikki was raised in Ajax and now lives in Bowmanville with her husband and two young daughters, Chiara and Ariana.

Olive Trifunovic is a Certified General Accountant with more than two decades years of experience in the real estate industry. Olive takes a hands-on management approach to leading, mentoring and developing the company's Finance and Accounting teams. Key corporate functions within this role include daily accounting operations, the preparation of budgets and monthly financial statements, and financial reporting to clients, joint venture partners and owners. She also oversees the implementation of accounting systems as well as efficiency-based upgrades.
Over the years, Olive has worked with a diverse mix of landlords, developers and managers - both public and private - like Yonge Eglinton Centre Management Services, Starlight Investments, Centurion Apartment REIT and Translgobe Property Management.
Olive is an avid music enthusiast and supports a range of animal-rights charities both national and international.
Phong Ngo
Director, Research
As Director of Research, Phong leads a team that focuses on providing information intelligence and analytics that enables Greenwin to make informed and evidence-based decisions around all aspects of development, including acquisitions, project planning, product design, rental rate projection and market analyses. Phong and his team also provide market analyses to support Greenwin's portfolio of close to 20,000 existing units under management.
Prior to joining Greenwin, Phong spent nearly 20 years with Altus Group and RealNet Canada Inc. - two industry-leading firms, where he oversaw teams specializing in the research and analysis of thousands of residential projects across major markets in Canada.
Phong is a past co-chair of BILD GTA's Education Committee and contributor to BILD GTA's Toronto Builder magazine. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a housing expert and a sought-after speaker for major industry and private client events.
Sam Scalia
Director, Residential Operations
Sam oversees the strategic direction, management, development and growth of Greenwin's residential platform for the province of Quebec.
Prior to joining Greenwin, Sam held key roles in the Montreal market, where he built a strong reputation for success through his involvement and expertise in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, business development, negotiations, tenant and owner relations, operations, and financial planning for private and public investors. In addition to over two decades of formal experience in the industry, Sam brings a unique perspective to the table from having grown up in the high-rise and condo construction industry.
Sam holds certifications in Business and Property Management as well as a Builders License. In addition to this, he maintains a close eye on the pulse of the industry through memberships in the APCHA Builders' Association, CORPIQ Landlord and Tenant Association and Regie du Batiment Quebec Builders Licence.
Sam is also active in the sporting community. He enjoys interval cycling, ice hockey and was Ville St.Laurent Hockey League VP Operations and League Governor.

As Director, Landscaping, Reg’s focus is on improving outdoor spaces. In this role, Reg manages the procurement and scheduling of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work safely, within budget, and to high quality standards. Reg’s focus is always on increasing the aesthetics and functionality while attempting to reduce the environmental impact of a property.
Prior to joining Greenwin, Reg became a leader in the turfgrass management industry. His career began in the golf course management industry where he held various leadership roles over an almost twenty-year tenure. After that, Reg moved into other sectors including commercial landscaping and snow, parks operations, and lawn care. Reg has led operational teams of more than 50 people with a focus on positive leadership, encouragement, and people development.
Reg is an active volunteer having worked with a variety of organizations including the University of Guelph, both the Ontario and American Golf Course Superintendents’ Associations, is currently a Director for the Ontario Turfgrass Research Foundation and most recently with the Guelph Turfgrass Institute (GTI) to co-host a new podcast titled Canadian Turf Talks. Additionally, Reg is currently working with Landscape Ontario as a guest speaking in their Grow Program, designed to help attract new entrants into the landscape industry.
Reg lives in Bradford, Ontario with his wife and two children, Emmet and Alyssa. Outside of work Reg enjoys playing guitar, hockey, doing home renovation work, and reading about business and personal development. Reg is a regular donor and big believer in the supporting Canadian Blood Services.
