As Chairman of Greenwin Inc., one of Canada's leading asset management firms, Cary brings more than 35 years of experience in political liaison, land development and property acquisitions. Also Executive Vice President of Verdiroc Development Corporation, a real estate development firm and sister company of Greenwin, Cary oversees Verdiroc's residential and mixed-use projects.
Cary brings direct management experience to all development projects. For more than three and a half decades, he has been instrumental in the development of over 2,000 non-profit and affordable housing units and upwards of 1,000 condominium and freehold residential units. Cary has developed projects in Florida, Montreal, Ottawa and Moncton, NB.
For more than a quarter of a century, Cary has been active on the boards of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Canada Israel Committee, Canadian Friends of Rambam Hospital, The Association for the Soldiers of Israel, Board of Governors of Israel Children's Centre, Co-founder and VP of Harold Green Jewish Theatre, Founder of Canadian Friends of Interdisciplinary Centre in Herzliya, recipient of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for his early membership with the Canadian Coalition against Terrorism, 12 years as an advisor with Toronto's Southern Ontario Region of Salvation Army and most recently Cary received The Order of York Centre Award for his involvement and commitment to the community of York Centre. He also dedicated four years with Realizing the Dream Foundation working directly with Martin Luther King 3. He has been an advisor to both Kehilla and B'nai Brith for their affordable housing, as well as a long standing member of Toronto's Urban Development Round Table on Housing. He has taken numerous politicians, Union leaders and business people on trips to Israel, building shared values and support with them.
Cary lives in Toronto with his wife Ronda and has three children, Daniel, Jennifer and Jason.
Email Kevin Green
Kevin Green is the President of Greenwin Inc., one of Canada's largest residential property management firms. He has decades of experience in real estate at the executive management level, with a focus on acquisition, financing and development. He is also President and CEO of Verdiroc Development Corporation, Greenwin's development arm.
Kevin is a tireless community leader. Current philanthropic roles include President & Chairman of the San Romanoway Revitalization Association, and President of The Oaks Revitalization Association. Both are social reform organizations that combine property management and social programming to increase the quality of life in the Jane/Finch corridor.
Kevin is also President of the Canada Israel Children's Centers, an organization dedicated to bringing peace to the Middle East through coexistence.
He holds an Ontario real estate brokerage license and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete
Email Eric Green
Eric learned at an early age that it takes hard work, dedication and a hands-on approach to get the job done. Starting his career as a labourer, site clerk and construction superintendent, he eventually made a brief move into the property management sector in 1978. That same year, Eric, alongside his father and two brothers, started Verdiroc Development Corporation, a sister company of Greenwin Inc. By 1980, Eric was co-director of the company's construction and development arm, where he oversaw all aspects of Verdiroc's project management.
For 25 years, Eric was dedicated to and instrumental in Greenwin and Verdiroc's redevelopment and enhancement of many of Toronto's leading hospitals. These include Mount Sinai Hospital, The Princess Margaret Hospital, The Scarborough Hospital, The Wellesley Hospital and North York General Hospital. During this time, Eric was also involved in office, industrial, infill housing, condo, high-rise, and small suburban housing projects.
In 2005, Eric's commitment to social betterment led him to pursue a career working with youth at Community Support Housing Group Homes, where he remains active as a crisis worker.
As Greenwin Inc. began to hone in on its community revitalization model, known today as Greenwin Cares, Eric returned to assist in the implementation of social programming within the company's portfolio of properties in Toronto's at-risk neighbourhoods.
Today, he works with Greenwin's charitable partner organizations like the Believe to Achieve Organization, where he currently serves as a Board member; Reach Toronto, an autism outreach program; and a soccer outreach program in the Lawrence Heights Community. In addition, Eric is a frontline volunteer at Victim Services Toronto, where he works with police and private citizens in serious distress and criminal situations.
Eric has spoken at a wide variety of community programs about Greenwin's revitalization model. Most recently, he spoke at the Community is the Answer summit in 2015 at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
Eric studied at the University of Waterloo. He is a proud father of four, an avid guitar player and athlete.
Email Kris Boyce
With more than 30 years of property management and real estate experience, Kris Boyce is a fixture in the rental housing industry. As the CEO of Greenwin Inc., Kris oversees all aspects of the operation and management of the company's commercial and residential portfolios as well as Verdiroc Development, Greenwin's construction arm. A consummate advocate for human rights, social services and women's advancement in the workplace, Kris sits at the helm of the Outreach & Revitalization Association, Greenwin's community revitalization arm.
Having held several senior positions throughout her career in both the Private and Non-Profit Housing Industries for such companies as Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, Durham Region Non-Profit Housing, and Canadian Apartment Properties REIT, Kris's most recent post was Senior Vice President of Residential Operations Canada with TransGlobe Apartment REIT where she oversaw upwards of 21,000 rental units.
Kris is a fellow Member of the Institute of Housing Management (FIHM), a Member of the Human Resources Professional Association, and a recipient of the Property Manager of the Year Award from the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO). A regular speaker at industry events for organizations like FRPO and the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, Kris is also a trainer in Coaching for High Performance through Performance Coaching Inc., an organization that delivers leadership, coaching, and self-management training to corporate audiences.
In 2015, Kris was named a WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 award winner.
Under Kris' leadership, Greenwin launched the annual Harold Green Scholarship for the children of Greenwin's employees. She also oversees Greenwin University, the company's semi-annual staff training conferences.
Email Ron Eilath
Ron Eilath joins Greenwin Inc. with several decades of senior level operational and financial management experience. He has held posts at both public and private organizations, including the position of SVP Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Shiplake Properties, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and Cabletel Communications Corp.
Ron has also served extensively in the non-profit sector. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, one of Canada's largest charitable organizations. There, he oversaw all financial entities, such as the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Foundation, and the Capital Campaign. He also oversaw the association's construction/property management arm, which was responsible for approximately $250M of construction in the GTA.
Ron specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational efficiencies, financial management, and reporting. As Greenwin's Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin's residential and commercial portfolios as well as budgets, processes, controls and the supporting IT systems.
Ron holds a BA in Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
Email Patrick Eratostene
Patrick commenced his property management career shortly after receiving his Honours BA in commerce and economics from the University of Toronto 1983.
Initially involved in the residential and commercial accounting sectors of property management, he earned his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1986. In 1988, Patrick moved from the accounting field and joined Greenwin Inc. as a property manager.
Patrick's finance and industry experience have earned him the respect of his peers and staff at all levels. Managing a wide variety of residential properties, he found social housing to be the most rewarding and has spent nearly 20 years in this field. Today, as Greenwin's Senior Vice President, Residential Operations, Patrick is responsible for overseeing our blended housing platforms: Multi-Residential, Non-Profit Housing, Affordable Housing and Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
Email Joe Aguiar
As Greenwin's VP, Commercial, Joe Aguiar oversees the strategic direction, management and growth of our company's commercial platform. Joe is responsible for all leasing and marketing activities for Greenwin's commercial assets and development projects in Ontario and eastern Canada.
With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Joe has held key roles in the Toronto market in a variety of disciplines, including acquisitions and dispositions, business development, tenant relations, operations, financial performance and capital planning. Joining Greenwin from top-ranked commercial firms, Joe spent 13 years at Brookfield Properties as Director, Retail Asset Management, and two years as General Manager, Urban Retail, with Oxford Properties Group in Toronto and Montreal. Most recently, he held the title of General Manager at Bentall Kennedy, where he managed upwards of one-million square feet of Class-A office assets.
Joe earned his certifications in Business Environment and the Principles of Property Management from Seneca College and has also had extensive training in lease negotiation. An active member of the commercial real estate community, he supports a variety of organizations, including BOMA, where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2009 and is the present Chair of the Young Professionals Committee. He is also a member of NAIOP and ICSC. In his free time, Joe enjoys staying fit through cycling, swimming and sports.
Email Jenny Affe
As Vice President, Human Resources, Jenny brings nearly two decades of Human Resources experience to Greenwin with a key focus on Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Coaching. Jenny leads the HR function with particular emphasis on strategic partnering with business unit leaders and employees at all levels to maximize the engagement and effectiveness of Greenwin's most valuable resources – our people. Her focus is on the development and delivery of targeted end-to-end HR solutions to build a high performing organization that positions the company as an Employer of Choice.
Jenny's HR experience spans several industries including IT Consulting, Financial Services and Educational Publishing.
In addition to her leadership role at Greenwin, Jenny also provides HR strategy and direction to the Outreach & Revitalization Association, the San Romanoway Revitalization Association and the Israel Tennis Centers, all charitable associations supported and/or run by Greenwin. She is also the Co-Chair of the FRPO Human Resources Professionals Committee.
Jenny's passion for HR is showcased in her powerful and engaging presentations and training seminars both in-house and at real estate industry functions for organizations like the Greater Toronto Apartment Association; the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations; and the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario.
Jenny holds a BA from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Human Resources Executive. She is also a certified Predictive Index Analyst and a certified 360 Analyst.
Email Mark Kesseler
Mark graduated from the Civil Engineering Techniques program at Durham College in 1982. Following this, Mark operated his own commercial interior construction company before joining Greenwin in 1988. As a hands-on maintenance supervisor, Mark has developed his skills and knowledge of high-rise mechanical systems while project managing all asset-renewal projects.
Mark's many decades of experience provide clients with asset-renewal capital planning budgets, project management services, due diligence reporting for asset acquisitions/dispositions, and continuing supervision of physical operations through preventative maintenance.
Email Robert Weiman
Robert has been in the business of construction and property management since 1990-two decades of that time have been dedicated to working with Greenwin. Today, in partnership with our operations team, he is responsible for driving, establishing and sustaining quality assurance throughout our portfolio of residential and commercial properties while driving results for clients by maximizing revenue and reducing operating costs.
With many years of experience in procurement, operations and business development with landlords, REITs, banks and insurance companies, Robert has worked as COO for Tristar Group, where he specialized in managing government contracts in property service and tender fulfillment; Founder and President of Intraurban Services Corp., which provides integrated construction and property services to the multi-residential marketplace; and Founder of SuiteReturns Inc., which specializes in the conversion and repositioning of rental space and the reclaiming of underutilized spaces.
Robert received an Honours Degree in economics and psychology from York University, and continued courses in energy management from the Masters of Environmental Studies program at York University.
Robert has served on various non-profit boards over the years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Aarons Apple, which provides direct funds for medication and patient amenities for chronically ill children.
Email Brian Turpin
Since 2013, Brian has aligned Greenwin's IT department's priorities and initiatives to the company's immediate and long-term strategic goals. Having worked in the IT field full time since 1993, Brian came to Greenwin after a long-term assignment at the Ontario Nurses Association where he was Senior Systems Administrator. Prior to this post, he spent three years as the IT Manager at Rosedale Livery.
Brian holds a diploma as a Systems Analyst from Sheridan. In addition, he has completed ITILv3, VMware 5 VCP-DV, MCITP and CCNP. With extensive experience implementing and managing information technology platforms, Brian has been asked to speak at several conferences, including the Cantech.
Email Jess Faigal
As Greenwin's Director, Finance, Jess oversees the Finance Team in the areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, revenue administration, and accounts payable. Jess leads his group with a focus on providing value-added financial information and services to enhance our clients' assets.
With nearly two decades of experience in property management and real estate development, Jess has held several senior positions in both private and public companies. Jess' work experience is complemented by an Accounting Diploma from Seneca College and a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University. Jess is also an accredited accountant with the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant.
Outside of Jess' career, he is an advocate for giving back to the community through his various volunteer services. Jess is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11098, a charitable organization, which raises funds to support local charities in the Durham Region. Jess also served for 14 years as Treasurer of Ajax-Pickering Dolphins Minor Football Association and Pickering Panthers Minor Hockey.
Email Raymond Gohren
As Greenwin's Director of Commercial Real Estate, Raymond has more than two decades of experience in the industry, including leadership roles at Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, and Metrus Properties.
Most recently, Raymond held the position of Director, Properties and Administration, with Dream Industrial Management, where he was responsible for the management of an industrial and mixed-use portfolio consisting of 5 million square feet in 60 properties with 240 tenants.
Today, Raymond oversees the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's commercial assets and development projects in Ontario and eastern Canada while identifying new opportunities for expanding the company's commercial footprint country-wide.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Business Administration, from the University of Windsor, is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI, and a LEED GA Candidate.

Lucy Gouveia runs Greenwin's dynamic, multi-award-winning marketing and leasing department. Focusing her talents on the planning and marketing of a wide range of assets – including third-party managed properties, repositioned portfolios and new developments – Lucy prioritizes quality control, cost efficiencies and customer service in order to maximize value for our clients.
Lucy began her real estate career with RioCan. She has since worked in a marketing and communications capacity with national firms such as Canadian Tire REIT, MetCap Living, Timbercreek Asset Management and Realstar Residential. In her current role, she oversees the marketing for more than 16,000 rental suites, 1,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and several new development sites throughout Ontario and Quebec.
Passionate about relationship-building, mentorship and innovative problem solving, Lucy has a positive, motivational attitude that she imparts on her entire team. Lucy studied hospitality at Humber College and is a member of many professional associations, including: the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Greater Toronto Apartment Association. She lives in Orangeville with her three children, and spends as much of her free time as possible travelling with her family.

Jessica brings a range of experience in media, publishing and communications to her role as Director, Communications at Greenwin. Having grown up in the development, asset and property management industry, she has an innate understanding of changing demographics and their direct impact on rental properties.
With an honours degree from Queen's University, Jessica has held posts as a lifestyle editor with Transcontinental, Canada's leading consumer magazine publisher, and Zoomer Media.
Since joining Greenwin, she has introduced the company and its clients to several multi-level media platforms, contributing to the modernization of Greenwin's corporate identity and optimal market exposure for assets owned and managed.
Achievements include WXN's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada; the Prime Minister's Volunteer Award; the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal; the Property Management Advertisement Award – Social Media; the Property Management Advertisement Award – Corporate Branding, and the Community Service Award of Excellence -- the latter three from The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario.
