Greenwin recently celebrated alongside Intentional Capital, Windsor Private Capital, and LiUNA Pension Fund to mark the topping off of Palace Arms at 950 King St. W. in Toronto.
The milestone celebration brought together the project team and skilled trades for a lunch gathering to recognize the people behind the project and the hard work, expertise, and dedication that have brought the development to this important stage.
Topping off marks the completion of a building’s highest structural point and is a significant milestone in the construction process. For Palace Arms, it represents the collective efforts of the construction team, skilled trades, contractors, consultants, and project partners who continue to move the project forward.
