Today we would like to share the story of Patty Strome, Regional Marketing & Leasing Coordinator:
At Greenwin, you are rewarded just for being you.
I have been in the real estate industry now for about 22 years. This is my passion. Sales is what I enjoy the most in this field and Greenwin gives me the tools and resources to excel in this area.
In my time at Greenwin, I’ve been tasked with filling buildings with high vacancy rates and I’ve made it my mission to bring in full occupancy. I was able to accomplish this at one of my properties in Guelph and another in Kitchener. I started with two locations and after 14 months as a Leasing Representative I was promoted to the position of Regional Marketing and Leasing Coordinator with a portfolio of 44 buildings across Southwestern Ontario. Greenwin really rewards you for your accomplishments and acknowledges the successes. In fact, I was the April 2021 Suite Rewards recipient.
Despite joining the Greenwin team during the pandemic, the company has really put forth a large effort to ensure support and a sense of camaraderie between all team members. I would describe the work culture as collaborative. There’s a genuine “we’re all in this together” approach. Whether it's through our virtual in-suite team activities or bi-weekly Zoom coffee chats, I feel comfort knowing that there is a team behind me.
Greenwin’s “family first” approach is another reason why I chose to join this team. I am a caregiver to my mom. She is almost 92 and my hours are flexible, allowing me to have a great work/life balance. I’m able to be there for my mom in the morning and at bedtime.
The entire Greenwin family has been there for me through thick and thin. Despite these unprecedented times, I have felt more supported at Greenwin than I have in past roles.
