Greenwin is proud to celebrate the opening of KingSett Capital’s West Square Phase 1 alongside their team and thier partners who helped bring this incredible new community to life.
Located in Etobicoke, West Square Phase 1 is a new purpose-built, zero-carbon rental community featuring 494 rental homes, including 217 affordable rental units. The community brings together market and affordable rental housing, providing more housing options for residents across different income levels, household sizes and stages of life.
As the property management partner for West Square, Greenwin is proud to play a role in supporting this new community and helping create a welcoming, vibrant and connected place for residents to call home.
The opening of Phase 1 marks an exciting milestone in the West Square journey. It also reflects what can be achieved through collaboration between the public and private sectors, with contributions from government representatives, community stakeholders, development and construction partners, and many others involved throughout the project.
