On June 21st, the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) hosted their annual BILD Awards Gala, which celebrates excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales, and marketing of new homes in the Greater Toronto Area.
Greenwin is proud to share that we were presented the Stephen Dupuis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award, which is a prestigious Pinnacle Award, at this year’s gala. This ESG-focused award recognizes a company that displays a conscious effort to uphold a positive economic, social, and environmental impact on society. We are delighted to be recognized for this award, which acknowledges a company’s commitment to going beyond their enterprise and into the broader community.
CSR has long been deeply engrained in our company fabric. As a housing provider that both manages and develops properties, we take our duty to provide residents with a place to call home very seriously, but we’re also laser focused on making positive change that goes beyond the walls – we build real, dynamic communities. Doing that requires focusing on initiatives with impact. Through our community investment arm, Greenwin Cares, we are making a difference in the communities we serve with ongoing mentorship initiatives, tutoring, mental health support, physical fitness and sports programming, food and nutrition education and other organized activities and initiatives.
At Greenwin, we are builders and developers at heart. Building for the future on a solid foundation of hands-on experience has always been our trademark. As we continue to expand our development division with the introduction of thousands of new residential units and mixed-use spaces, it is a privilege to be recognized alongside of our colleagues and peers at this incredible industry event.
