To wrap up 2025, the Greenwin team came together for our annual holiday party, an opportunity to connect, reflect on the year behind us, and spend time together outside of our day-to-day work. The gathering was a chance to pause and acknowledge the collective effort that continues to move Greenwin forward.

The party included festive games, plenty of laughter, and some friendly competition! Team members took part in a variety of games throughout the afternoon, with prizes awarded along the way, including the always-anticipated ugliest holiday sweater. Alongside the activities, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal, making the event a well-rounded chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate the season together.

Throughout the afternoon, we heard from Kevin Green, President and CEO, Cary Green, Chairman, Jason Green, Vice President, and Jenn Green, Director, Affordable Housing and Corporate Social Responsibility who shared reflections on the year and the progress made across the organization, as we continue our mission to create inclusive housing and foster thriving communities.

We celebrated meaningful progress on our development projects including our sites at Palace Arms, 50 Wilson Heights, and 63 Montclair. These efforts reflect the coordination, expertise, and care required to deliver much-needed housing to our City. We were also proud to recognize the team for receiving the FRPO MAC Award for Best Lobby Renovation at 2160 Lakeshore Rd., reflecting a continued focus on quality and the resident experience.

We also took time to acknowledge team members celebrating anniversaries ranging from 5 to 40 years with Greenwin! These milestones represent years of commitment, experience, and contribution, and reflect the continuity that plays such an important role in the strength of our teams. Many of these individuals have grown alongside the organization, helping to shape how we operate today while supporting and mentoring others along the way.

Beyond our buildings, we also highlighted the ongoing impact of Greenwin Cares, who supported youth through toy distributions, provided holiday meals, shared sustainable healthy eating education, led financial literacy programs, created career opportunities, and supported justice-involved youth as they reintegrate into society. These efforts continue to reflect Greenwin’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.

Looking ahead, we shared our excitement about breaking ground in the new year on the Bubble at the Courts at San Romanoway, which will allow for year-round tennis programming for youth in the community and further support long-term community investment. As we move into 2026, we do so with a strong foundation, pride in the progress made over the past year, and focus on what lies ahead — continuing to deliver for our communities while supporting the people who make that work possible.

A huge thank you to the Spirit Committee for organizing such a thoughtful and well-executed event! Their efforts helped create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that truly reflected the Greenwin team.
