On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, Greenwin Cares proudly partnered with Junior Achievement for their annual Interview Night—an inspiring event that celebrates the next generation of business leaders.
Interview Night brings together individual and group award finalists from Junior Achievement Central Ontario’s student companies. During the event, students present their business cases in a live interview format to a panel of industry professionals, gaining valuable experience while showcasing their innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Representing Greenwin Cares, Melissa G. volunteered as a judge for the evening. In this role, she engaged directly with students by asking thoughtful questions, evaluating their presentations, and contributing to the selection process for one of the event’s most meaningful honours—the Gary & Joanne Reamey Family Award.
What makes this award unique is its focus. Rather than recognizing companies solely for sales performance or departmental achievements, it celebrates the positive impact a team has made—both within their group and in the broader community. It highlights growth, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.
Greenwin Cares is proud to support initiatives like Interview Night that empower youth, foster confidence, and encourage community-minded leadership. Investing in young entrepreneurs today helps build stronger, more resilient communities for tomorrow.
