Progress continues at 50 Wilson Heights Blvd. as this exciting redevelopment takes shape.
Construction is well underway on Phase 1, which will deliver 767 new purpose-built rental homes, 50% of which will be affordable. The redevelopment will also bring new parkland, retail, community spaces and shared parking to help create a vibrant, connected neighbourhood.
