SRRA seniors enjoyed an amazing afternoon at Downsview Park, spending time outdoors, discovering local wildlife, and experiencing nature firsthand!
Greenwin Cares was proud to support the trip, with Melissa G., Community Project Specialist, Greenwin Cares helping arrange transportation and helping organize, manage, and engage with the seniors throughout the day.
A huge thank you to Blooming Caravan for setting up the educational component of the program and guiding the seniors through Downsview Park while sharing their knowledge about birds, wildlife, and nature. Thank you as well for providing a wonderful lunch!
We also want to thanks Iffat, Lisset, and Kiran for creating, supporting, and facilitating this amazing birdwatching and nature program throughout the summer and into the fall.
