Greenwin was proud to support Growing Leaders & Inspiring Change, a community forum that highlighted the impact of investing in youth and building stronger, safer communities.
Through Public Safety Canada’s Reclaiming Our Communities, Investing in Our Youth (RCIY) initiative, meaningful opportunities have been created for Black and racialized youth and families through mentorship, support services, and pathways for personal growth and success.
Hosted in partnership with Public Safety Canada, BCCHC, TPS 31 Division, and SRRA, the event brought together community leaders, partners, and residents for important conversations about the successes, challenges, and opportunities facing young people today.
As a long-standing supporter of SRRA, Greenwin is honoured to contribute to initiatives that empower youth and strengthen community connections. We are especially proud Kevin Green, President & CEO of Greenwin, who also serves as President and Chair of the SRRA Board.
A special thank you to the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Public Safety; the Honourable Judy Sgro, MP of Humber River – Black Creek; and MPP Tom Rakocevic, Humber River – Black Creek, for joining the conversation and supporting positive change in our communities.
