TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - In cooperation with the federal government, the provincial government, the municipal government, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), this new residential community is comprised of 179 affordable rental units at Ossington and Queen St. W. The building's street frontage includes a retail element, bringing a selection of much-needed services to the area.

This new affordable housing project offers apartments ranging in size from bachelor to three bedroom units for low-income families and seniors. A number of units are reserved for families in urgent need of housing, such as recent immigrants, single parents and victims of domestic violence.

"We're incredibly pleased with the success of this much-needed development," said Cary Green, Executive Vice President, Verdiroc. "There is already a waiting list."
