Raymond Gohren Joins Greenwin Inc. as Director, Commercial Real Estate
Leading Canadian property management firm expands commercial real estate team to execute growth strategy in commercial sector
TORONTO, ON – Greenwin Inc. is thrilled to announce that Ray Gohren has joined the firm in the position of Director, Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Gohren has 20+ years of experience in the industry, including leadership roles in Dream Industrial Management, Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, and Metrus Properties.
Working directly with Joe Aguiar, VP, Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Gohren will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's commercial assets and development projects in Ontario and eastern Canada. He will also identify new opportunities for expanding the company's footprint country-wide.
Most recently, Mr. Gohren held the position of Director, Properties and Administration with Dream Industrial Management, where he was responsible for the management of an industrial and mixed use portfolio consisting of 5 million square feet in 60 properties with 240 tenants.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Business Administration from the University of Windsor and is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI and a LEED GA Candidate.
