Greenwin Cares was proud to support the SRRA community through a generous food donation from Second Harvest and Cook Unity!
Melissa G., Community Project Specialist, Greenwin Cares helped secure, pick up, deliver, and package more than 150 lbs. of food for children, youth, and seniors participating in SRRA programs. With the support of the SRRA team, 125 containers of food were distributed to the community, with additional food provided to support the seniors program.
A big thank you to Second Harvest for facilitating the donation and to Cook Unity for providing the amazing food. We’re also grateful to Carla, Iffat, and Lisset for helping ensure the food was properly distributed to seniors and the wider community.
