On June 22nd, Greenwin was proud to hosts its annual Greenwin Cares Golf Classic at Angus Glen Golf Club, in support of the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation and Greenwin Cares.
The event was a memorable day on the course, featuring 18 holes of golf, on-course activations, great food and drinks, friendly competition, and opportunities to connect with special guests, including Mike Wilner, Baseball Columnist at the Toronto Star, and former Toronto Blue Jay Super Star Outfielder, Kevin “Superman” Pillar.
Since 1993, our annual Golf Classic has generated over $6.5 million in support, helping create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children and youth locally and internationally.
We are sincerely grateful to our sponsors, supporters, and volunteers whose generosity makes this event possible year after year and helps open doors to life-changing opportunities for young people.
A special recognition goes to Amy H., Executive Director ITEC, Canada, and Shari-Dee L., Event & Marketing Coordinator ITEC, Canada, for their incredible work in executing this special day.
The Israel Tennis & Education Centers (ITEC) is among Israel’s leading social service organizations, committed to empowering children through sport and education. Operating 24 centres across the country—many in underserved communities—ITEC offers safe and inclusive environments where children can learn, develop, and thrive. Open six days a week during key after-school hours, its programs use sport as a tool to foster confidence, resilience, life skills, and a strong sense of belonging.
Funds raised through this initiative also support Greenwin Cares programs across the GTA, which focus on mentorship, education, nutrition, and empowerment. Through these efforts, Greenwin Cares continues to strengthen communities and invest in long-term impact for future generations.
