This award celebrates the outstanding transformation of the lobby at 2160 Lakeshore Rd., a three-month project that blended modern design with timeless elegance. The refreshed space features a warm and inviting fireplace, upgraded elevator corridors, contemporary lighting, durable finishes, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. The fireplace continues to be the star of the show—offering a cozy, community-focused gathering space.
This achievement marks an exciting milestone for our newly established Capital Projects and Asset Enhancement Department, which worked seamlessly with our Operations Team to deliver the project on time and on budget. We’re incredibly proud of the collaboration, dedication, and expertise shown across both teams.
