Despite a soggy start to the festivities at 95 Jameson, a great time was had by the residents!

The big attraction that night was the arrival of a pumper truck from the Toronto Fire Department. The children enjoyed being toured through the truck by the fireman that were there.

They were shown how the fire hoses worked, where the tools were kept and even got to sit in the cab of the truck.

Dinner was served with salads, sausages and burgers, and of course cold ice cream treats for desert.

As an unexpected treat, one of the residents of the building joined us and created cute and whimsical balloon animals for the children.

Many thanks to that resident for joining in the fun of the evening!
