The Harold Green Scholarship Program reflects Greenwin’s commitment to supporting education, fostering opportunity, and helping build stronger communities. Through this initiative, we are proud to recognize the achievements of our employees’ children and support them as they pursue their post-secondary education and future career aspirations.
Established in memory of Harold Green, son of Greenwin’s co-founder, Lipa Green, the scholarship was founded on his strong belief in the power of education to open doors, encourage personal growth, and create brighter futures. Now in its 12th year, the program continues to celebrate the accomplishments of our team members’ children and recognize the dedication, determination, and diverse achievements that help shape the leaders of tomorrow.
This year, we received six eligible applications, each showcasing impressive academic achievement, community involvement, extracurricular participation, and personal dedication. We are pleased to recognize two outstanding recipients: Caileigh K., who will be attending Wilfrid Laurier University to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and Dejah B., who will be attending Carleton University to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology.
