Property Manager, Eugene Hankin, has challenged Greenwin's portfolio of managers and site staff to a Fall duel: Who can create the most festive and/or spooky lobby? 

Up for grabs is a lunch courtesy of our CEO Kristina Boyce. Winners will be announced at the end of the month. Let the games begin!

The team at 180 Grand Avenue South are getting into the Autumn and Halloween spirit with this festive display in their lobby!

Hamilton's 180 Bold Street has our Spidey-Senses tingling with this awesome Halloween display. Great work, everyone!

  The team in the Montreal office, lead by Sam Scalia, outdid themselves with this festive display! The hay bales are a fantastic touch - beautiful work, everyone!!

The crew at 2292 Weston Road have quite the collection of Halloween decorations - including a Greenwin jack-o-lantern! That is some serious pumpkin carving skill! Amazing!

  

The Greenwin head office team of Cindy Santos, Michael Grentz, Carol Ahong, and Sue Costa have created a creepy display! Check out the guy on the couch! Eek!

The tenants at 3000-3017 Queen Street have gone all-out for their Halloween display! BR James at 3017 Queen Street hand-painted and put together all of the items, with supplies coming from tenants (old clothes) and the building's recycling! Creative AND creepy! Amazing work!

Montreal's La Rouselliere held their tenant Halloween luncheon on October 25, complete with spooky decorations and great costumes!

The ghouls have started to invade the Lobby at 1130 Wilson! Their Superintendents, Grace and Don, along with their Assistant Superintendent, discovered some eerie sights this morning. The ghosts showed up and have taken over the rental office. Look out for Pumpkin Head Man…he seems ominous! 

The Property Manager, Lorelei, was able to stay long enough to take the pictures, but surprisingly disappeared…and hasn't been seen since!

 The spooky buildings keep rolling in as we hit Halloween-eve! It appears the skeletons and aliens have invaded 145 Cosburn - great work, everyone!

Halloween has flown into 95 Jameson! Thanks to building manager, Mark, and the building assistant, Camara - they are helping to keep the evil rat at bay! Great work!

88 Erskine is getting even more spooky! Happy Halloween to all tenants, and great work on the decorations!

It was a helpful Halloween at 59 Isabella! Sandi and Ken put together a fun event.  They even had a concocting committee that helped to decorate the lobby and get the treats.  Thanks to Shaun, James, Max, Veronica and Patricia!

More great decoration pictures from 1130 Wilson! Superintendent Grace was the photographer and Don manged to create a frightening look that got people talking. The newest member of the management team, Carol, was out working hard in her reflective gear.
