Greenwin is delighted to share that our President Kevin Green has been named this year's recipient of the Sam Grossman Award of Excellence. Established by the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) in honour of their founding board member, each year this prestigious award recognized the contributions of one individual to the property management industry.

Kevin was nominated for his dedication to his work and above all, his commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty to use his position to better the lives of others. A relentless champion of childrens' causes since his teenage years, Kevin's current philanthropic roles include President & Chairman of the San Romanoway Revitalization Association (SRRA) and President of the Oaks Revitalization Association. Both are social reform organizations that combine property management and social programming to increase the quality of life in the Jane/Finch and Jane/Wilson corridors of Toronto. Kevin is also the Canadian President of the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation, an Israeli charity dedicated to helping children reach their potential through sport and education as a medium for peace, coexistence and societal progress.

Kevin is honoured to be named among so many inspiring champions in the property management industry and looks forward to continuing to work with the GTAA to plant the seeds for lasting community benefits.
