Each month, Greenwin invites a member of the team to share a little bit more about themselves in our head office newsletter, The Green Pages. In May, we featured Paul Taylor, Property Manager extraordinaire for Cambridge, London and Brantford.

When did you start working with Greenwin?

I started working for Greenwin in April 2013.

What is your current role?

I am the Property Manager for London, Brantford and Cambridge.

What do you do when you start feeling overwhelmed on the job?

Greenwin has been managing properties for over 50 years. We have the best people in the industry and they are constantly working on improving the systems we have in place. With this kind of support I never feel overwhelmed!

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would like to be able to write a great novel. I love to read and I have begun writing but I will never be as good as some of my favourite authors.

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?

My grandfather died when I was a baby. I always hear stories about him and he is a grand figure in my mind. I would love to have known him.

If you could try out one role within the company that is completely different from yours, what would it be?

I would like to try Joe Tastassa's Maintenance Manager position. Joe makes sure that our buildings are safe for the tenants and the mechanical/fire/life safety systems are maintained properly. This is extremely important work and Joe is a master in this role.

What do you like most about working at Greenwin?

The people. The connections I have made and the lessons I have learned are so valuable. I love my job and it is a pleasure to go to work every day because of the people. I especially enjoy working with Treana and Cecilia in the London Regional Office!
