Yesterday, the leaders of Greenwin participated in a Manager Seminar to discuss goals for the upcoming year. Michael Bolahood, President of Blue Ridge Realty Management Inc., addressed the crowd about the cost and value of property management.
Our VP of Human Resources, Jenny, discussed the latest Greenwin employee survey results, and spoke to the process of "Selecting for Success", a discussion on how to choose the right candidate, what questions to ask in interviews, what to avoid etc.
Overall, it was a great day had by all!
