On May 14th, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations held their 4th annual awards gala to honour excellence and notable achievements of Landlords, Suppliers and Landlord Associations in the rental housing industry across the nation. We are proud to announce Greenwin was shortlisted to the top three in the following categories:

Nominee: Ashly Chamberlain
With over 10 years in the industry and a diverse portfolio of 14 buildings and over 1,000 units, it is no surprise that Ashly was shortlisted for this award. Ashly was nominated for never failing to go above and beyond in her role in everything from crisis situations to simple acts to making someone's day.

Nomination: The Selfie To End Youth Violence Campaign
The Selfie to End Youth Violence social media campaign brought Greenwin residents, community leaders, politicians and local businesses together to work towards the common good. We asked participants to snap a selfie in the name of raising awareness of the problem of youth violence, and funds for organizations in the community working to end it. The response was overwhelming!
