On October 17th, District 2 of Greenwin’s property management portfolio met and had several presenters for the day.
Lorelei Holden, the Senior Property Manager, went through a review of meetings from the past year to discuss some important issues and presentations with regards to fire safety, pest treatments, administration review and customer service.
Kris Boyce, Greenwin’s CEO, made a surprise visit to the meeting and brought breakfast treats for all of the staff. Kris reviewed the role of the Building Manager and provided feedback for the importance of the role. Kris acknowledged the challenges and successes that the staff at District 2 have made to Greenwin. It was a tremendous surprise for the staff and a true recognition of Kris’s understanding of the Building Manager position.
Geoff Paine of Paine Professional Corporation attended with his support person, Louisa, and a lively and informative discussion ensued with respect to legal issues that occur when managing buildings. Geoff reviewed various items to assist the staff and provide a solid understanding of business practices for the staff.
Finally, Hero Mohtadi visited and provided an overview of the duties of the Greenwin marketing department. Hero provided contact information for marketing inquiries and gave a detailed overview of the roles of the marketing department.
Staff had lunch at the site and enjoyed continued discussions about the events of the morning. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day for the site staff who were back to work that afternoon to relieve the security personnel from Intelligarde that were taking care of their buildings.
