Here's what Greenwin tenants are saying about 65 Windermere Ave. apartments for rent in Toronto:

We've been living at 65 Windermere Ave. for three years now, and it's by far the best apartment rental experience we've had.

The buildings themselves are smaller, six floors (although it appears to be four from Windermere, there are two levels below that with window viewing the parking lot out back), and older apartments. Thanks to their age though, the walls in these apartments are incredibly thick. You can't hear a thing from the other tenants.

What really makes the apartment though are the Superintendents, who are very accommodating, friendly, and are quick to address any issues you may have.

Another important note is this building is very pet friendly. There are a number of dogs, and cats in the building. And for the majority of the residents, they adore the pets.

Rental prices in the building are incredibly reasonable as well. $845 for a 1 Bedroom, all inclusive, and up to $1,100 for a 2 Bedroom with balcony. It's located just up the street from the 501 Streetcar and is a 5 minute bus ride/20 minute walk away from Runnymede Subway, and Bloor West.

The only issue with this apartment may be its isolation for those use to being able to step outside to shops. There is a convenience store, the Cheese Boutique, and a gas station.. but outside of these select places, you'll have to take a street to the Humber Loop, or a bus to Bloor West to find the vast majority of what you need. On the plus side, the neighborhood is fairly quiet, and there are numerous parks (Rennie, High Park, Humber West/Beach), just steps away.

Definitely recommended.
