On August 16th, Gramercy House apartments hosted the second annual Dog Days of Summer Event.
Once again, Sandi our Building Manager, co-ordinated another successful event for our four-legged friends. Lorelei Holden, the Senior Property Manager, attended and her best friend Scarlett partook in the yummy treats available. The event was catered by Cups on Church, a local business that created a fun feast of bruschetta, chicken skewers, meatballs, sandwiches and crudités with dip.
Our list of dog attendees included Chewie, Cindy, Koda, Frankie, Chase, Percy, Kuni, Cocoa, Capri and Jeordi. This year’s event expanded and offered a special doggy friendly cake in Greenwin colours and even included the Greenwin logo!
Our decorating committee included, Shaun, Sandi, Max, James, Beau and Ken. The area was decorated in green and white and included a “Pool for Pups” interested in a quick dip. There was plenty of playtime for all of the animals and lots of talk time for human attendees! Plans have already started for next year’s event in hopes of expanding it even more.
