30 Carabob is getting a makeover! Internationally acclaimed Canadian artist Harley Valentine partners with Greenwin's own property owner/manager David Binder for a totally unique art collaboration. The project is called "The 30 Carabob Quartet" and is the first outdoor sculpture park in the city. The 30 Carabob Quartet is comprised of four sculptures, all of which come from Valentine's sculpture series, "The Barbarians", which was exhibited at The Campbell House museum last year. The sculptures put the finishing touch on a comprehensive building design and site restoration project designed by David Binder Architect.

Integrating art into a rental property is a new venture for Greenwin, but an important one. It makes the property stand out in a unique way and the residents are already thrilled with the results. The best part? The property is affordable. It is refreshing to see a big-time artist's work at our 30 Carabob property and not at an overpriced condo. This free art exhibit is an innovative way to enliven the property - and it's here to stay.

Valentine was born in Ontario, but his reach is global. His sculptures are recognized internationally, perhaps none more than his metal-plate bimorphic sculptures and his early work of photographic collages of iconic urban topographies. Some of his most famous works include "Persephone", "Blue Bird", "The Dove", and "Dream Ballet", which he is currently completing for the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts Plaza in Toronto.
