On Thursday, November 22, delegates from the Guangzhou Land Resources & Housing Management Bureau visited 100 Lower Ossington to find out how Greenwin develops affordable rental housing.
The delegates, who are executives/professionals in the public and private sectors of China and Vietnam, are in the process of a large project that will see a total of 20 subsidized housing projects under development in the city and 10,494 housing units would be ready for occupation this year (RMB10 billion).
They came to us to see how we conduct ourselves in this area.
