TORONTO - January 14, 2021 - It is with both sadness and gratitude that Greenwin Corp. announces today that Kris Boyce will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer.

Since 2012, Kris has provided valuable leadership to Greenwin's employees and Executive Team, guiding the company through a period of immense growth and diversification. During her tenure, Kris was instrumental in maintaining Greenwin's culture of respect and service excellence, and in expanding the company's philanthropic arm, Greenwin Cares. 

"On behalf of the Board of Directors and Executive Team, I would like to thank Kris for her dedication and many contributions to Greenwin over the years," said Kevin Green, President, Greenwin Corp. "We sincerely wish her the best in all of her future endeavours."  

The Board has announced that Patrick Eratostene, Chief Operating Officer, will lead the company's property management division. Patrick, a seasoned industry professional and trusted leader within the company since 1988, is uniquely positioned to ensure a smooth transition and to continue to drive Greenwin's success. 

"I have had the pleasure of working closely with Kris for many years, and hold a deep appreciation for her counsel and leadership," said Eratostene. "As we enter into this new chapter, I look forward to upholding Greenwin's high standards for serving our clients, residents and communities. 

Kevin Green will now serve as President and CEO of Greenwin, and Cary Green will continue to serve as Chairman.
