World Mental Health Day, observed annually on October 10th, provides us with an opportunity to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote mental well-being in our communities. At Greenwin, we understand the importance of mental health and wellness for our team members, residents, and communities. In our ongoing efforts to break the stigma of mental health, we recognize this important day and stand by this year’s theme, mental health is a universal right.
To promote strong mental health and wellness, we offer valuable resources and support to our team members; we encourage open conversations to reduce stigmas around mental health; we invest in our residential communities to offer wellness facilities including green spaces, fitness facilities, and more; we operate programming in our communities, such as Women’s Circle and Laptops for Learning, to provide mental health support, access to necessary resources, and connectivity within our communities.
