Greenwin’s Director of Affordable Housing & Corporate Social Responsibility, Jenn Green, will be sharing her expertise on the development of affordable housing at ULI Toronto’s upcoming Housing Now Initiative – The Challenges and Opportunities Involved in Delivering Affordable Housing.

Greenwin is so proud to have two developments involved in Housing Now, an initiative aimed at adding much-needed affordable and market housing supply to the City of Toronto by activating under-utilized City-owned sites for development.

Greenwin and Tridel Builders Inc. will be the development partners for 50 Wilson Heights Blvd., located on the northwest corner of Wilson Ave. and Wilson Heights Blvd. For 705 Warden Avenue, located at the northeast corner of Warden Ave. and St. Clair Ave. E., Greenwin is partnering with Kingsett Affordable Housing LP. We are thrilled to be contributing to this expansion of affordable housing in the city and eventually bringing these new units to our management portfolio.

The Housing Now sites will bring thousands of new homes to mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities of the City.

We look forward to witnessing some great discussions and thought leadership from Jenn and the other speakers at the Housing Now Initiative Webinar, including Casey Gallagher,  Executive Vice President,  CBRE,  Anaa Bailão, Deputy Mayor & City Councillor, City of Toronto, Abi Bond, Executive Director – Housing Secretariat, City of Toronto, Salima Rawji, Vice President Development, CreateTO, and Mark Richardson, CTO, Rich Analytics Technical Lead, HousingNowTo.com.
