Today we would like to share the story of Logan, Manager, IT:
What I value most is the community involvement. At Greenwin, we are able to create positive change that impacts entire generations of families as they grow within the neighbourhoods we support.
In 2014, I started out at Greenwin as a co-op student. I learned so much and developed such wonderful relationships during my placement. I didn't feel like a student doing grunt work. It felt like a home with a great supporting family. I graduated in 2015; in 2016, I joined the team full-time as an IT Analyst. Only a few years later, I'm still here, but as an IT Manager. Greenwin truly is an incredible company that offers a lot of great opportunities to move up.
In my eyes, Greenwin is more than just a property management company. It is constantly involved in philanthropic and community work whether it's bringing vaccine clinics to our buildings for those facing difficult circumstances or our Believe to Achieve program, which focuses on giving children the space they deserve to thrive, as well as access to programs and support that can really make a fundamental difference in their upbringing and development. The children blossom into thoughtful and caring adults who want to pay it forward to the next generation. This welcoming and warm environment is the pinnacle of Greenwin, and the morals and values deeply engrained in the company's mandate.
Times have certainly changed since I was in school. But Greenwin is always seeking ways to modernize and stay up-to-date so we can better support our clients and tenants.
