Today we would like to share the story of Dane Aromolaran, Collections Specialist:

I started my journey at Greenwin in May of 2021 as a Collections Specialist after being recommended by a former Manager at Greenwin. Settling into a new work environment during a global pandemic has its challenges. Adjusting to a remote setting and not being able to meet my colleagues in person was something new for me. But from the start, I noticed a special culture.

When working for a professional family business like Greenwin, the care toward every member of the team is evident. Greenwin has adopted an agile mindset in that when a problem arises, everyone looks for solutions as a team, no matter what department you might be from. The Managers and the Senior Team treat everyone with respect. As a dedicated parent, a flexible work schedule has been very important to me. My Manager has always accommodated me, allowing me to easily balance my parental life and career responsibilities.

With my role in collections, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and help residents, something that I take immense pride in. Alongside my team, I’m proud to say we’ve been able to maintain long and happy residences. I am proud of the personal growth I have seen within my role. I’ve learned how to manage different personalities and help build a strong team.

I admire the social work done at Greenwin, more specifically, the initiatives done through Greenwin Cares. The various fundraisers that are set up with the sole intention of giving back to the community and helping people in need are very commendable. As a parent myself, I love the work done by Greenwin in aiding children through different programming like the Laptops for Learning program, which gives devices to youth who have expressed a need for one.

Greenwin continues to provide me with everything needed to succeed in my work. I couldn’t ask for a better place to apply my skills. Starting from Senior Management, everyone wants to help and support. My second family is at Greenwin!
