Yesterday, Greenwin was proud to attend the True Patriot Love National Tribute Dinner, Canada’s largest celebration in support of military members, Veterans, and their families.

This special evening brought together community leaders, military representatives, and dignitaries to recognize the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our military community. This year was particularly meaningful as it marked the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, a powerful reminder of the bravery of those who came before us.

The evening was also an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding commitment of General (Ret’d) Rick Hillier, who was presented with the Patriot Award for his invaluable contribution to Canadian military life.

A special congratulations to Christie Love Thomas for her incredible work co-chairing the event!

We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to our Team Greenwin for attending and showing their support: Kevin G., Lukasz W., Mike A., Jenn G., Sally M., Cynthia Z., Phong N., and Liya A. We had the pleasure of having a retired member of the Air Force join our table and share more about the impact of the organization on active and retired service men and women and their families.

The True Patriot Love Foundation is a national organization that supports serving members, Veterans, and their families across Canada. They provide essential programs and resources that improve mental health, well-being, and resilience within the military community while strengthening the connection between civilians and those who serve our country.

At Greenwin, we believe in supporting initiatives that make a real difference in our communities. Attending this dinner and supporting True Patriot Love is one way we honour and celebrate those who give so much for our country.
