On February 21, our Building Managers attended a meeting conducted by our Senior Property Manager, Lorelei Holden.  The meeting was attended by all of the District Staff and covered several areas of interest for the continuing education of the Building Managers.
 
The meeting began with a review of our previous meeting covering office protocol and administrative duties and office organization.
 
Following that review, 3 police officers from 41 Division spoke to the Manager's.  Serveral areas of building safety and Police roles were covered.  The Manager's were informed of an updated entry protocol for Police Officers and the role that Officers can assist with regarding problems of trespassing and tenant noise issues.  Many questions were asked and the officers from both Crime Prevention and Community Policing were able to assist with various queries from the Managers.
 
Next, Tony Lyew, Mike Grentz and Jodi Chin from our Head office, gave a presentation on Purchase order record keeping and completion.  This gave our Managers a chance to meet and ask questions of our head office staff.
 
An informative and lively meeting that continued the education and development of the Manager's that are responsible for the day to day activities and interactions at the District 2 sites.
