Progress continues at 50 Wilson Heights—thank you to our dedicated teams and strong partnerships KingSett Capital and CreateTO. We’re grateful to Deltera Construction Management for all their hard work, especially in this cold and snow.
We are well underway with the construction of 767 new purpose-build rental housing units, 50% of which will be affordable. All told, this redevelopment will bring 1,484 new homes, along with parkland, retail, community spaces, and shared parking—helping to create a vibrant, connected neighbourhood for everyone.
