This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Harold Green Scholarship, a program that embodies Greenwin’s commitment to education and community.

Established in honour of Harold Green, son of our co-founder Lipa Green, the scholarship continues to support the educational aspirations of our team members' families. Harold was an advocate for higher education, firmly believing in its capacity to shape the future.

Over the past decade, the Harold Green Scholarship has been awarded to numerous young individuals, each of whom has demonstrated academic excellence, a commitment to extracurricular activities, and a passion for community involvement. These recipients have gone on to pursue a wide range of career paths, each taking strides in their own personal growth.

On August 15th, our President & CEO, Kevin G. and Jessica G., Director, Communications, proudly presented this year’s awards to two exceptional students, Lucas C. and Margarida C. Lucas, son of Sue C., Executive Assistant to Kevin G., will be attending the University of Waterloo to study Science & Business. Margarida, daughter of Marta C., Manager, Residential Operations, will pursue a degree in Criminal Justice & Public Policy Co-Op at the University of Guelph.

These scholarships celebrate not only academic excellence but also a commitment to community and personal growth, values that Harold Green held dear. Congratulations to Lucas and Margarida as they embark on a new chapter in their academic journeys!
