Last week, Ron Chapman's new documentary, Shelter opened the Jewish Film Festival with an extraordinary post-war immigrant story surrounding the groundbreakers of Toronto's affordable rental housing sector. Featuring Greenwin's very own Chairman, Cary Green, the documentary chronicles the largely-untold story behind Toronto's evolution into one of the most successful multicultural cities in the world and the group of Jewish immigrants behind it.
