Today we would like to share the story of Iulia Lupas, Site Administrator at 200 Balliol Street:
Working at the site level each day brings different challenges and new opportunities to learn how we can make things better for us and for our Greenwin community. Sometimes it is not easy, and it can be frustrating, but with a smile and positive attitude we can move mountains!
The most rewarding part of my experience has been the people who I work with; my colleagues, residents, and contractors. At 200 Balliol St., we are a big family and each person brings a smile and a unique life story. These are the small things that bring me joy every day – knowing that however busy or hectic the day is, by the end of the day it’s what I have done that will make the difference to someone else. I think helping someone is the biggest reward for me.
I’m proud to be part of the Greenwin family. I’m surrounded by a great team of understanding and amazing people. I feel valued and respected as an employee each day.
