As part of RHBTV’s #InternationalWomensDay and #WomenHistoryMonth series, Greenwin's Director of Partnerships, Jessica Green moderates two panels of fellow female forces in the multi-residential industry.
Having been given the opportunity to collaborate with RHB’s incredible team (including dynamo anchor Kerry Chandler) to select panelists and design the actual interview formats, Jess was determined to get representation from women at various stages, titles and roles in their careers. Here’s how she describes the process: “It’s important for folks who are joining the workforce to know that “ambition” and “success” aren’t necessarily defined by reaching the C-suite at lightening speed – or at all. There’s just as much merit in climbing the ladder (so to speak) as there is in mastering your role and becoming a though-leader and influencer in a single position and staying in that role for 5, 10, 15 years.”
