Greenwin is pleased to share that 996 Paisley Rd., owned by Starlight Investments and Managed by Greenwin, has received a Gold Certification from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada).
This certification honours 996 Paisley Rd. as a property that is devoted to environmentally friendly practices. Some of the sustainable features at Paisley Square include enhanced ventilation and air filtration, CO2 monitors, energy-efficient lighting, water-efficient fixtures, and electric vehicle charging. The gold level certification ensures that 996 Paisley achieved at least 80% on the “BOMA BEST Sustainable Buildings 3.0” questionnaire.
The rooftop of Paisley square also acts as a home to our buzz-y friends during the summer months. In partnership with Starlight Investments and Alveole Buzz, beehives are housed on the rooftop of these buildings as part of a social movement for a more eco-conscious community. Giving the bees a safe place to live will allow them to pollinate the urban florae, create honey, and do so much more to create a sustainable environment.
