Job Description

Summary: Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building strong communities? We’re looking for a Site Administrator to lead resident engagement efforts, support property operations, and oversee leasing activities at a few of our properties! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for resident satisfaction and the first point of contact for prospective residents—helping to shape a warm, connected, and welcoming community.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that boost resident satisfaction and build a strong sense of community.
  • Plan and host engaging resident events, programs, and activities.
  • Act as a key liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve resident services based on insights.
  • Collaborate with vendors and local partners to offer exclusive resident perks and promotions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of resident amenities and facilities.
  • Assist new residents with onboarding, ensuring a smooth move-in experience.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and support the site team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage purchase orders, contractor scheduling, and suite marketing efforts as needed.
  • Respond professionally to resident inquiries—both in person and by phone—with a customer-first attitude.
  • Recommend and implement service improvements in collaboration with the property team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to continuously elevate the resident experience.

Who You Are :

  • College Diploma in Business Administration
  • Preferred knowledge/experience in Property Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient with computer software, specifically MS Office
  • Knowledge of Yardi preferred
  • Patient and understanding with residents
  • Team player who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
