We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. As a live-in team member, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary: $33, 000 - $35,000 per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit

What you'll get to do:

  • Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.
  • Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/outs.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
  • Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly.
  • Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening).
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.


Who You Are:

  • Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications (plumbing, electrical work. HVAC, or building maintenance) are highly desirable.
  • 2 to 5 years in building maintenance, property management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations
  • Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all maintenance tasks and inspections are done thoroughly to prevent future issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable “switching gears” and able to switch focus on a whim
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
