Job Description:

Summary:  The Customer Service Representative is to provide service excellence to prospective/current residents as well as administrative support where required.

 

Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and 'walk-in' enquiries from prospective/current residents - answer all questions patiently and offer information as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the site staff and Property Manager as requested and as directed by Manager
  • Create maintenance requests for residents and escalate as required
  • Accept payments from walk in tenants and respond to inquiries through system
  • Assist office staff and Manager with various audits
  • Maintain an orderly office area at all times
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations which will include all forms of communications with the residents
  • Create and deliver 24 hour notices to tenants as required
  • Setup buzzer codes and key fobs at the front desk for tenants
  • Communicate with the Property Manager, team members and site staff on an ongoing basis
  • Assist team in assessing service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma in Business Administration
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
  • Patient and understanding with residents
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
