Job Description
Summary: The Customer Service Representative is to provide service excellence to prospective/current residents as well as administrative support where required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and ‘walk-in’ enquiries from prospective/current residents - answer all questions patiently and offer information as needed
- Provide administrative support to the site staff and Property Manager as requested and as directed by Manager
- Create maintenance requests for residents and escalate as required
- Accept payments from walk in tenants and respond to inquiries through system
- Maintain an orderly office area at all times
- Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations which will include all forms of communications with the residents
- Create and deliver 24-hour notices to tenants as required
- Setup buzzer codes and key fobs at the front desk for tenants
- Assist team in assessing service performance and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Business Administration preferred
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
- Patient and understanding with residents
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
