Cary J. Green
Cary oversees all of Greenwin's political liaisons, land development and property acquisitions while moving the company's corporate strategy forward. He has been instrumental in the development of over 10,000 purpose-built rental apartment suites, including affordable, non-profit and Toronto Community Housing units.
Cary brings direct management experience to all development projects. He has been instrumental in the development of over 2,000 non-profit and affordable housing units and upwards of 1,000 condominium and freehold residential units. Cary has developed projects in Florida, Montreal, Ottawa and Moncton, N.B.
Cary has been active on the boards of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Canada Israel Committee, the Canadian Friends of Rambam Hospital, the Association for the Soldiers of Israel and the Israel Children's Centers. He served for 12 years as an advisor with Toronto's Southern Ontario Region of Salvation Army. He also dedicated four years to the Realizing the Dream Foundation working directly with Martin Luther King III.
Cary is the Co-founder and VP of the Harold Green Jewish Theatre, Founder of the Canadian Friends of the Interdisciplinary Centre in Herzliya, and recipient of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for his early membership with the Canadian Coalition against Terrorism.
He has been an advisor to both Kehilla and B'nai Brith for their affordable housing, as well as a long standing member of Toronto's Urban Development Round Table on Housing. He has taken numerous politicians, Union leaders and business people on trips to Israel, building shared values and support with them.
President & CEO
Kevin leads Greenwin's acquisition, financing and revitalization initiatives. He has successfully guided the organization to be the industry leader in the areas of corporate social responsibility and repositioning of existing rental stock.
A tireless community leader, Kevin works with several social reform organizations that combine property management and social programming to increase the quality of life in Toronto's Black Creek community.
Kevin is President of the Israel Tennis Centers Foundation Canada, an organization dedicated to bringing peace to the Middle East through coexistence.
Executive Vice President, Community Development & Revitalization
Eric has been instrumental in the redevelopment and enhancement of many of Toronto's leading hospitals, including Mount Sinai, Princess Margaret, Scarborough, Wellesley and North York General. He has also played a role in Greenwin's office, industrial, infill housing, condo, high-rise, and small suburban housing projects.
Today, he works with Greenwin's charitable partner organizations. He is also a frontline volunteer at Victim Services Toronto, where he works with police and private citizens in serious distress and criminal situations.
Chief Financial Officer
Ron leads all finance strategy with a focus on enabling Greenwin's industry-leading investment in development and property management. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational efficiencies, financial management, and reporting.
As Greenwin's Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin's residential and commercial portfolios as well as budgets, processes, controls and the supporting IT systems.
He has held posts at both public and private organizations, including the position of SVP Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Shiplake Properties, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and Cabletel Communications Corp.
Ron has also served extensively in the non-profit sector. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, one of Canada's largest charitable organizations. There, he oversaw all financial entities, such as the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Foundation, and the Capital Campaign. He also oversaw the association's construction/property management arm, which was responsible for approximately $250M of construction in the GTA.
Ron holds a BA in Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick's finance and industry experience have earned him the respect of his peers and staff at all levels. Managing a wide variety of residential properties, Patrick has run Greenwin's blended housing portfolio, which includes multi-residential, non-profit, affordable and Toronto Community Housing, since 2012.
Today, as Greenwin's Chief Operating Officer, Patrick works closely with the Ownership Group
on the company's overall strategy and execution while maintaining oversight of Greenwin's
residential operations and strategy.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jenny brings nearly two decades of Human Resources experience to Greenwin with a key focus on Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Coaching. Jenny leads the HR function with particular emphasis on strategic partnering with business unit leaders and employees at all levels to maximize the engagement and effectiveness of Greenwin's most valuable resources – its people. Her focus is on the development and delivery of targeted end-to-end HR solutions to build a high performing organization that positions the company as an Employer of Choice.
In addition to her leadership role at Greenwin, Jenny also provides HR strategy and direction to Greenwin Cares, Greenwin's charitable non-profit arm.
Jenny's passion for HR is showcased in her powerful and engaging presentations and training seminars both in-house and at real estate industry functions for organizations like the Greater Toronto Apartment Association; the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations; and the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario.
Jenny holds a BA from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Human Resources Executive. She is also a certified Predictive Index Analyst and a certified 360 Analyst.
Chief Information Officer
Brian is passionate about providing strategic, custom-driven business technology solutions. His attention to the culture of the business continues to be instrumental in achieving and sustaining high-impact, innovative technology results.
Brian is a member of the CIO Association of Canada, and an active member in the IT community, speaking and attending CIO roundtables, participating as a moderator and panelist at industry events, and working within the start-up community.
Vice President, Construction & Physical Operations
Mark graduated from the Civil Engineering program at Durham College in 1982. Following this, Mark operated his own commercial interior construction company before joining Greenwin in 1988. As a hands-on maintenance supervisor, Mark has developed his skills and knowledge of high-rise structural construction and mechanical systems while project managing all asset-renewal projects.
Mark's many decades of experience provide clients with asset-renewal capital planning budgets, project management services, due diligence reporting for asset acquisitions/dispositions, and continuing supervision of physical operations through preventative maintenance.
Vice President, Quality Assurance & Compliance
Robert is responsible for driving, establishing and sustaining quality assurance throughout our portfolio of residential and commercial properties while delivering value to clients by maximizing revenue and reducing operating costs.
With many years of experience in procurement, operations and business development with landlords, REITs, banks and insurance companies, Robert has worked as COO for Tristar Group, where he specialized in managing government contracts in property service and tender fulfillment; Founder and President of Intraurban Services Corp., which provides integrated construction and property services to the multi-residential marketplace; and Founder of SuiteReturns Inc., which specializes in the conversion and repositioning of rental space and the reclaiming of underutilized spaces.
Robert received an Honours Degree in economics and psychology from York University, and continued courses in energy management from the Masters of Environmental Studies program at York University.
Robert has served on various non-profit boards over the years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Aaron's Apple, which provides direct funds for medication and patient amenities for chronically ill children.
Vice President, Finance
As Greenwin's Vice President, Finance, Jess oversees the Finance Team in providing services to its clients in the areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, revenue administration, and accounts payable. Jess leads his team with a focus on providing value-added financial information and services to enhance the assets of Greenwin's clients.
With many years of experience in property management and real estate development, Jess has held several senior positions in both private and public companies. A strong educational background, having obtained an Accounting Diploma from Seneca College and a Master of Business Administration graduate degree from Laurentian University, complements Jess' work experience. Jess is also an accredited accountant with the designation, Chartered Professional Accountant.
Outside of Jess' career, he is an advocate for giving back to the community through his various volunteer services. Jess is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11098, a charitable organization, which raises funds to support local charities in the Durham Region. Jess also served for 14 years as Treasurer of Ajax-Pickering Dolphins Minor Football Association and Pickering Panthers Minor Hockey.
Vice President, Commercial Real Estate
Raymond has more than two decades of experience in the industry, including leadership roles at Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, and Metrus Properties.
Most recently, Raymond held the position of Vice President, Properties and Administration, with Dream Industrial Management, where he was responsible for the management of an industrial and mixed-use portfolio consisting of 5 million square feet in 60 properties with 240 tenants.
Today, Raymond oversees the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's commercial assets and development projects in Ontario and eastern Canada while identifying new opportunities for expanding the company's commercial footprint country-wide.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Business Administration, from the University of Windsor, is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI, and a LEED GA Candidate.
Vice President, Marketing & Leasing
Lucy Gouveia runs Greenwin's dynamic, multi-award-winning marketing and leasing department. Focusing her talents on the planning and marketing of a wide range of assets – including third-party managed properties, repositioned portfolios and new developments – Lucy prioritizes quality control, cost efficiencies and customer service in order to maximize value for our clients.
Lucy began her real estate career with RioCan. She has since worked in a marketing and communications capacity with national firms such as Canadian Tire REIT, MetCap Living, Timbercreek Asset Management and Realstar Residential. In her current role, she oversees the marketing for more than 17,000 rental suites, 1,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and several new development sites throughout Ontario and Quebec.
Passionate about relationship-building, mentorship and innovative problem solving, Lucy has a positive, motivational attitude that she imparts on her entire team. Lucy studied hospitality at Humber College and is a member of many professional associations, including: the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Greater Toronto Apartment Association. She lives in Orangeville with her three children, and spends as much of her free time as possible travelling with her family.
Associate Vice President, Operations
Since 2012, Janet has worked to maintain Greenwin's reputation for excellence in property management among our extensive portfolio of third-party clients across the GTA and southwestern Ontario. Working closely with a team of Property Managers, Janet provides a dynamic source of direction and leadership to proactively identify client needs and maintain the highest possible standard for client services.
Janet began her career in the property management industry in 1992, shortly after earning her degree in business. Prior to working at Greenwin, she held several high-level positions across the industry, including serving as Operations Manager for Capreit where she oversaw over 2000 suites across Mississauga and Etobicoke, and successfully running her own marketing and leasing company. She was recognized as FRPO's "Property Manager of the Year" in 2010.
Outside of her career, Janet is an advocate for giving back to the community and has assisted with several toy drives for underprivileged youth in the Jane and Finch corridor. She also enjoys music, fitness and relaxing with her dogs.
Associate Vice President, Operations
Murray oversees the day-to-day operations of Greenwin's extensive portfolio of properties and development projects across Ontario and eastern Canada. Working with a dynamic team of Site Managers, third-party Property Administrators and internal teams, Murray strategically develops, implements and maintains effective operating procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
Since entering the property management industry in 1998, Murray's expertise and leadership has earned him the respect of peers and clients alike. Prior to joining Greenwin he held several leadership roles within the property management industry, most recently serving as Regional Director for Transglobe Apartment REIT.
Murray received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Concordia University in 1979, where he played on the university's varsity football team. Today, he continues to share his passion for athletics and mentorship through his volunteer work as a little league baseball coach.
