Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing & Leasing

  • Ad placement (periodicals and ILS), monitoring and review based on information from the Network Availability Report
  • Weekly kijiji bumps and top ads including Website and ILS editing and maintenance
  • Prepare and distribute promotional flyers, posters, event notices and other special sales and marketing pieces to both internal and external parties (flyer drops, billboards, lovely home mail drop, MLS listings, pull tab flyers, banners etc.)
  • External marketing of businesses/companies/employers to ensure our property awareness and referral programs are in place
  • Send weekly network availability reports to all properties for referral purposes and weekly review of marketing initiatives and recommendations
  • Source new marketing outlets and review resident profiles, building demographics to identify prospects
  • Collect quarterly market survey from properties and Resident Managers and assist with completion of survey as needed
  • Co-ordinate Open Houses; assist with the advertising and marketing elements for site staff as well as building videos, photography
  • Provide advice to the Building Representatives on business development activities
  • Assist with new acquisitions (market surveys, brochure creation, floor plan creation, advertising, tracking, branding input, welcome packages etc.)
  • Complete market assessments for acquisition on potential property purchases
  • Acquire and implement tracking lines, call tracking program and monitoring of calls for development/training purposes
  • Move out calls/Move In calls (Welcome to your new home)
  • Facilitate Resident Surveys/Events with direction from Director & Property Manager
  • Update and maintain Greenwin website as required
  • Monitor and maintain marketing/advertising cost budget template
  • Coordinate all printing requirements of marketing materials
  • Place welcome basket orders
  • Assist with yearly advertising budget recommendations
  • Assess and recommend training needs for site staff

Communications

  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions; field inquiries to appropriate staff members within 24 hours
  • Make recommendations for Green Pages head office monthly newsletter stories
  • FRPO and RMA nomination research and presentation compilation

Service Excellence

  • Manage myGreenwin incoming requests  
  • Increase overall satisfaction rate for all residents and manage resident retention
  • Assist with resident events; planning and coordination with site-staff such as (holiday parties etc.) and charitable initiatives
  • Complete monthly building visits and Site Inspection reports

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, diligent and accountable
  • Innovative and creative – loves to think outside the box for solutions, proactive and confident
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as an advanced knowledge with Indesign, Adobe Acrobat and Online CMS modules
  • Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator an asset
  • Outgoing personality and interpersonally savvy
  • Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Team oriented, supportive and open to learning
  • Flexible schedule – ability to work some evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites – must possess valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
