TORONTO, March 22 /CNW/ - Greenwin has officially announced the appointment of Bruce Creber as its VP Residential. This is the third executive appointment under the company's new leadership and brand direction in Canada's residential and commercial marketplace.
Bruce joins Greenwin with more than 20 years of experience in real estate in development as well as asset and property management services. He has held posts with companies such as Cadillac Fairview, Bramalea, and O & Y Enterprise. Most recently, Bruce was VP Real Estate Investments with Counsel Corporation, where he was responsible for the redevelopment of several commercial properties in Ontario and New Brunswick.
