Greenwin Takes Home One Award & Three Nominations at Annual FRPO MAC Awards
Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario acknowledges Greenwin for excellence in property management and marketing
TORONTO, ON – Greenwin Inc., one of Canada's leading family owned real estate firms, was honoured at the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario's (FRPO) 2016 MAC Awards with several prestigious acknowledgments. In addition to winning the award for Advertisement Excellence – Social Media, nominations included Outstanding Community Service, Advertisement Excellence – Single Social Media Campaign (77 Keewatin Avenue) and Best Suite Renovation Over $12,500 (192 Hughson Street North, Hamilton), a joint submission with ZGemi Construction.
Greenwin is also proud to acknowledge submissions for Property Manager of the Year (Derek Brovold) and Leasing Agent of the Year (Malasia Hewitt). "This was a record-breaking year for submissions," said Kris Boyce, CEO, Greenwin Inc. "We fought hard to be a leading contender among the industry's biggest and strongest organizations. Seeing our name on the board in so many categories was an honour."
The industry's most important annual event, the MAC Awards gala celebrates businesses and individuals who are leaders in the residential rental housing industry. Evening highlights included keynote speaker Canadian businesswoman, investor, author, and television personality Arlene Dickinson.
