Greenwin is currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of IT Support Level 2 within our team.
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities. This position will be actively involved in providing support on all information technology infrastructures, including assistance to all users and the IT Systems Manager. Major responsibilities would include:
Providing second-level response for IT support requests from all system users (~150)
Install, configure, deploy and maintain server infrastructure
Network administration and security
Supporting special projects
Set-up and maintenance of PC’s (desktops and laptops) and Blackberry’s
Ensuring optimal performance of user PC’s
Providing user training as needed
Job Requirements
Microsoft operating systems/products including Exchange,/ Experience in storage
Progressive experience in a IT role
Team player able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Goal and results oriented
Organized with a focus on customer service
Strong communication skills, able to get ideas across and maintain composure in a changing environment
