Kevin Green
President

Kevin Green is the President of Greenwin Inc., one of Canada’s largest residential property management companies. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate at the executive management level, with a focus on acquisition, financing and development. He is also President and CEO of Verdiroc Development Corporation, Greenwin’s development arm.

Kevin is a tireless community leader. Current philanthropic roles include President & Chairman of the San Romanoway Revitalization Association, and Director of The Oaks Revitalization Association. Both are social reform organizations that combine property management and social programming to increase the quality of life in the Jane/Finch corridor.

Kevin is also International Chair of the Israel Tennis Children’s Centres and President of the Canada Israel Children’s Centres, organizations dedicated to bringing peace to the Middle East through coexistence.

He holds an Ontario real estate brokerage license and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete.

Cary J. Green
Chairman

As Chairman of Greenwin, Cary brings more than two decades of experience in political liaison, land development and property acquisitions. Also Executive Vice President of Verdiroc Development Corporation, a real estate development firm and sister company of Greenwin, Cary oversees Verdiroc's residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Cary has an Honours B.A. from York University and brings direct management experience to all development projects. For more than two decades, he has been instrumental in the development of over 1,600 non-profit and affordable housing units and upwards of 1,000 condominium and freehold residential units. More recently, Cary has developed projects in Florida, Montreal, Ottawa and Moncton, N.B.

Passionate about community involvement in both Canada and Israel, Cary currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Israel Children's Centres and is a Board Member of the Friends of Rambam Hospital. He is also an Executive on the Board of Directors for the Canada-Israel Committee, Vice President of the Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company and a member of the City of Toronto's Affordable Housing Committee.

Past volunteer work includes twelve years with the Salvation Army, the City of Toronto's Urban Development Roundtable on Rental Housing, Habitat for Humanity, Realizing the Dream Foundation and the Canadian Jewish Congress.

Kris Boyce
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Greenwin Inc., Kris has nearly 30 years of property management and real estate experience. She has held several senior positions throughout her career in both the Private and Non-Profit Housing Industries for companies such as Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, Durham Region Non-Profit Housing, and Canadian Apartment Properties REIT.

Prior to her return to Greenwin, Kris held the position of Senior Vice President of Residential Operations Canada with TransGlobe Apartment REIT where she oversaw upwards of 21,000 rental units.

Kris' expertise both in property management and human resources continue to create a solid foundation for the future success of Greenwin, its clients and employees, and the company's philanthropic initiatives.

Kris is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Housing Management (A.I.H.M), a Member of the Human Resources Professional Association, and the recipient of FRPO's 2003 Property Manager of the Year Award. She is also a trainer in Coaching for High Performance through Performance Coaching Inc., an organization that delivers leadership, coaching, and self-management training to corporate audiences.

Kris's has appeared as a speaker/panelist at multi-residential housing shows include the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations and the Canadian Real Estate Technology Conference.  

Catherine Moran
Chief Financial Officer

A results-oriented financial leader, Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in managing, analyzing and reporting on complex financial and management operations.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and her Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Catherine started her career with companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and NetStar Communications Inc. She has since held senior financial posts at Alliance Atlantis Communications and Counsel Corporation (TSX: CXS).

Catherine joins Greenwin from TransGlobe Apartment REIT (TSX: TGA.UN, TGA.DB), where she held the title of VP of Finance, Operations. In this role, Catherine was responsible for the financial accounting, reporting and budgeting of 185 residential rental properties located across Canada.

As Greenwin's Chief Financial Officer, Catherine is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin's residential and commercial portfolios as well as budgets, processes, controls and the supporting IT systems.

Bruce Creber
VP Residential

Bruce joins Greenwin with more than 20 years of experience in real estate in development as well as asset and property management services. Bruce majored in economics at York University and has held posts with companies such as Cadillac Fairview, Bramalea, and O & Y Enterprise.

Most recently, Bruce was VP Real Estate Investments with Counsel Corporation, where he was responsible for the redevelopment of several commercial properties in Ontario and New Brunswick.He was also a member of the due diligence team responsible for evaluating numerous investment opportunities as well as conducting investigations leading to the successful acquisition of investment properties.

In this role, Bruce is responsible for the professional management and day-to-day operations of Greenwin's residential properties, ensuring that the goals and objectives of our clients' investment/assets with us are met and exceeded.

Bruce spends most of his spare time outdoors, raising his three children and practicing Systema, a Russian martial art.

Adriana Keresztes
VP Residential

Adriana Keresztes joins Greenwin with over a decade of experience in residential property management services.

Adriana has a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and has held posts with several Canadian real estate firms including; GWL Realty Advisors, Residential Equities, and most recently, CAPREIT. She has served in both Toronto and Montreal as CAPREIT’s Associate Vice President of Operations, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of thousands of residential suites and spearheaded the integration of new company acquisitions.
 
Adriana joins Greenwin to share the company’s growing residential portfolio. Her extensive experience, which ranges from executive titles to front-line site staff positions, has equipped her with the skills necessary to ensure client satisfaction and first-class resident services.

Steve Benac
Director, Commercial Real Estate

Steve has more than 20 years of commercial property management and leasing experience. As Greenwin’s Director of Commercial Real Estate, he oversees all aspects of the division, including the negotiation of all commercial real estate transactions, strategic planning, financial performance of the properties in the portfolio, the leasing of Greenwin’s commercial portfolio and oversee third-party leasing brokers.

Steve holds a Business and Property Management diploma from George Brown College and completed his real estate licensing with the Ontario Real Estate Association. Affiliations and memberships include the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Canada, where he was appointed to the Regulatory Affairs Committee (BOMA Toronto), and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

 

Patrick Eratostene
Director, Social Housing

Patrick commenced his property management career shortly after receiving his Honours B.A. in commerce and economics from the University of Toronto 1983.

Initially involved in the residential and commercial accounting sectors of property management, he earned his Certified
Management Accountant designation in 1986. In 1988 Patrick moved from the accounting field and joined Greenwin Inc. as a property manager.

Managing a wide variety of residential properties he found social housing to be the most rewarding and has spent over 17 years in this field. As the Director of Social Housing he is responsible for the administration of Greenwin's Toronto Community Housing Portfolio as well as numerous private non-profit housing groups.

Mark Kesseler
Director, Construction & Physical Operations

Mark's expertise in instituting and operating building automation systems and project management of heating plant retrofits for major clients, earned him a recent promotion to Greenwin's Director of Construction & Physical Operations.

After graduating Civil Engineering Techniques Durham College, Oshawa in 1982, Mark operated his own commercial interior construction company for several years before joining Greenwin in 1988.

As a hands-on maintenance supervisor over the years, Mark evolved his skills and knowledge of High Rise Mechanical Systems & Operations to focus on HVAC maintenance, repair and replacement.
